Jersey City: ULTIMATE COMBAT: An ultra-intense, high-energy cardio fight workout. A perfect blend of Kung-Fu, boxing and martial arts conditioning that'll whip you into shape, in both mind and body! The class is sectioned into a warm-up, basic techniques, a long fight choreography and a circuit to finish off on a high note.

Hundred Day Challenge

Change your body by July and not only will you look and
feel better, you can also win a vacation for two!

It’s free to register for the contest. Here are the rules:
  • Train with a Club H trainer at least 8X each month
  • Judging based on change in stats:
        • Fat loss, lean tissue gain, and circumference change
  • Points accrued monthly
  • Before and after photos taken
  • Positive change is defined by goals (varied)
  • Training clients must register with a trainer by Mar. 31.
  • Winner announced July 15
1st Place winner will also have a feature article and photo
shoot in Men’s Exercise or Best Body magazine.

The Urban Challenge
Bounce onto the Urban Rebounding Program at
Club H Fitness Murray Hill and Hell’s Kitchen.

This world wide phenomenon will take your body from
good to better, to the best shape of your life with the
help of Fitness Expert JB Berns.
The 90 day challenge begins March 10 and is FREE to
the first 60 participants who register online at
www.TheUrbanChallenge.com       The rules:
  • Attend weekly rebounding class at Club H NYC
  • Follow a meal plan
  • Exercise at home on the Urban Rebounder Unit
    following JB’s instruction
  • Journal/Blog and Photo
  • Arrange availability for weigh and measure as well
    as photo and video sessions
  • Write an overall assessment of the Challenge.
